ENGINEERING FOR MINING & INDUSTRY
We diagnose, restore and modernise critical plant equipment. Automation and power electronics, from fault analysis to on-site testing.
Remote and on-site support
01 / OUR CAPABILITIES
A clearly defined technical scope for troubleshooting, planned shutdowns and equipment modernisation.
01 / PLC · HMI · DCS
Diagnostics, programming and migration for PLC, HMI, DCS and SCADA systems. Signal integration with the control room.
02 / SINAMICS · ACS · PowerFlex
Maintenance, electronic troubleshooting and commissioning. Control, firing, protection and measurement checks.
03 / Austdac · Crimson
GSW and SILBUS configuration, belt misalignment signals, alarms and trips. Red Lion HMI migration.
04 / Signals · PID control
Checks on sensors, transmitters, analogue signals and actuators. Troubleshooting across the measurement and control chain.
05 / PROFIBUS · PROFINET · IBA
Communication diagnostics, fibre-optic links and IBA data acquisition to analyse plant events.
06 / Engineering · FAT / SAT
Control architecture, drawings, I/O lists and panel design. Selection of automation hardware and critical spare parts.
BRANDS AND PLATFORMS OUR TEAM WORKS WITH
02 / FIELD EXPERIENCE
Two projects that show our approach to equipment restoration and control integration.
QUILLA RESOURCES · QUILLA / CHAPI
Work on equipment that had been out of service for over ten years. Restoration of DeviceNet communication and left-side rectifier operation.
Outcome: rectifier restored, functional tests documented and critical spare parts recommended.
ANTAPACCAY · SERVICE THROUGH QPR
Tail-end Red Lion HMI migration, screen updates and alarm time correction. September 2026 service through QPR Engineering & Services SAC.
Outcome: updated HMI and documented field mapping for the subsequent DCS update.
03 / HOW WE WORK
We agree acceptance criteria with maintenance and automation teams before starting work.
01
Equipment, fault history, drawings, signals and available backups.
02
Scope, shutdown window, resources and site safety requirements.
03
Measurements, logic checks, communication diagnostics and change control.
04
Signals, alarms, interlocks and equipment response. FAT / SAT as agreed.
05
Technical report, backups and maintenance recommendations.
04 / TECHNICAL TEAM
We are IACP, Industrial Automation Control Process. We provide specialist automation and power electronics support for mining and industry.
We provide remote assistance, on-site services and field support according to the project scope.
Our team’s background includes mining-site assignments delivered in different roles and through engineering integrators.

Specialist in DCS, SCADA, instrumentation and industrial networks. Experience with PCS7, WinCC, ABB 800xA, FactoryTalk, PROFIBUS and PROFINET.
BEFORE WE START
Equipment make and model, location, fault or improvement required, available alarms and the planned date. Drawings, trends and backups can be reviewed during the technical assessment.
Yes. The delivery approach depends on the requirements, available access and equipment tests. Service dates are coordinated for each assignment.
Yes. Our team has experience with Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Red Lion, Austdac, IBA and ENERPRO. We assess the model, equipment condition and resources before confirming scope.
Deliverables are agreed in the proposal. They may include a technical report, evidence, program backups, updated drawings, signal matrices and test protocols.
